I offer three (3) Intentional Minimizing Services to assist you.

1. The Intentional Do-It-Yourself

Often people have the best of intentions and get inspired by watching a documentary, listening to a podcast, or reading an article about minimizing, but then lose their oomph becasue they don’t know where to start. This doesn’t have to be you! Succeed in your goals with a step-by-step personalized PDF guide to see your minimizing goals through to the end.

For this package:

  • We complete either a virtual (via Zoom) or in-person (local area only) tour of your home.
  • I evaluate where you identify “problem areas.”
  • I then provide a personalized Do-It-Yourself PDF package that guides you step-by-step through minimizing your belongings.
  • I take special care and attention to help you work through making decisions about sentimental items.

Unlike other DIY packages, you’re not left alone! I’m here to help you with check-ins and support when you feel overwhelmed. And whatever support helps you best is where I’ll be – whether you need some reassuring emails, text messages or phone calls (North America).  

Steps for this package:

  • Our initial assessment phone call is free, about 20 minutes. No obligation!
  • We book an appointment for a detailed tour of the problem areas (in-person or via Zoom). A quote is provided after the tour.
    • Fee for tour -$89 (CDN) + applicable taxes, reimbursed if you move forward with the Intentional DIY package.
  • I develop your personalized DIY minimizing PDF package. It is returned to you within 5 days.
    • Fee: $250 – $400 (CDN) + applicable taxes depending on size of project. (Fee for tour ($89) is reimbursed off this fee.)
  • Three additional points of contact are included via Zoom or phone (10 mins each) to help support you and keep you motiviated to complete your project.

2. Just Get Me Started with Intention

This is a cost-effective service billed by the hour where we work together, in-person (local area only) or via Zoom where I support you in getting started and then develop a task list for you to complete the project on your own. Don’t worry – support is always available!

For this package:

  • I get you started, and we spend time discussing how to think about your items and the helpful mindset for minimizing them.
  • We start together, and when you feel comfortable, you complete the area on your own with tasks and goals in place. We create a task list together.
  • Don’t worry, I’ll be checking in to help you succeed. You’re never left alone. I am here to support you via Zoom or email, text or phone (North America).

Steps for this package:

  • Our initial assessment phone call is free, about 20 minutes. No obligation!
  • We set an appointment to get started!
    • $65 (CDN) per hour + applicable taxes
    • Each 1-hour includes two extra points of contact via Zoom (10-mins) or email, text or phone (North America).

3. Full Support with Intention

With this full service we work side-by-side, in-person (local area only), from start to finish on your identified problem areas.

Through a series of sessions, I help not only reduce the items in your home, but more importantly, guide you through the mindset of doing so guilt free. Together we identify what items are important and serve a purpose and which items don’t.

Letting go of our possessions is not an easy process, but I’m here to offer strong support and gentle guidance. I take care of all the details including dropping off items to be donated. You will have emotional support when making difficult decisions.

For this package:

  • Our initial assessment phone call is free, about 20 minutes. No obligation!
  • We book an appointment for a detailed tour of the problem areas (in-person or via Zoom). A quote is provided within 24 hours.
    • Fee for tour, $89 (CDN) + applicable taxes, reimbursed if you move forward with the Full Support with Intention package.
    • As each home situation is unique, an accurate quote will be provided after an in-home or Zoom consultation.
  • If services are booked within 24 hours of receiving the quote, the $89 fee for tour is reimbursed.

Whichever service you choose, during this process you will feel a reduction in stress, overwhelm, and guilt. You will love your living space! You’ll be proud to host your friends and family.

Environmental Statement

As an Intentional Living Consultant, I consider our environmental footprint seriously. Efforts are made to reduce, reuse, recycle. Where I observe toxins in your home, I offer swap ideas to reduce the chemical environment to improve the health of your family.

I prioritize the use of eco-friendly cleaners, reusing items, avoiding the use of plastics. Items being removed from the home are donated (or sold) as a priority before being sent to a landfill.
