Through a series of sessions, I help not only reduce the items in your home, but more importantly, guide you through the mindset process of doing so guilt free. Together we identify what items are important and serve a purpose and which items don’t. Letting go of our possessions is not an easy process, but I’m here to offer strong support and gentle guidance.
